If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We kindly ask that you provide photographs clearly showing the damage or breakage for our records and to expedite the refund process.

 

2. Return Process: To initiate a return for a damaged or broken item, please follow these steps:

   - Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue and request a return authorization.

 

- Once your return is approved, securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is adequately protected to prevent further damage during transit.

  

 - Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip with the returned item.
